Meet Your Instructors
Julia Savoia is a holistic nutritionist who has been living with Meniere’s disease for 15 years. After experiencing firsthand how dietary and lifestyle changes transformed her condition, she was inspired to become a nutritionist to help other MD warriors improve their symptoms and thrive. Julia is a VEDA ambassador, dedicated to spreading awareness about vestibular disorders. She’s also a mom to 6-year-old identical twin girls, a lover of rock music, traveling, hiking, and trying new foods, and deeply cherishes her family and the journey of helping others on their path to better health. Dr. Sara Anderson is a physical therapist, board certified neurological specialist, and certified advanced vestibular therapist. She has been working with the neurological and vestibular community for over a decade. Sara fell in love with treating vestibular patient's when she saw the transformational progress her patient's made with VRT, and the impact of getting their lives back. Dr. Sara is a wife and mom to three young kids and values her faith and family over everything. She loves to use her knowledge and skills to empower her clients to develop confidence when it comes to managing their health in a holistic way that feels right for them. This course combines personal experience, research-backed information, with expert knowledge to offer a unique approach to managing Meniere’s disease.
